INTRODUCTION TO OUR COMPANY

Traxcell Litigation Proceeds, LLC (the Company) is a special purpose entity established to raise capital from “Accredited Investors” (1) for the financing of patent infringement lawsuits originally filed by Traxcell Technologies, LLC (the Plaintiff). The capital generated by this special purpose entity will be used to pay for the cost of patent infringement litigation, and related expenses to enforce the patented wireless technology first created by Traxcell Technologies, LLC (the Plaintiff).

The investment offers an opportunity arising from multiple lawsuits, all of which assert patent infringements in two separate and distinct fields of wireless inventions. Each lawsuit alleges multiple “Patents-in- Suit” against multiple Defendants thereby further enhancing the potential for Eligible Settlements.

Just in the US alone, there are about 330 million wireless subscriptions and they actually outnumber the number of people living there.
